Hi,
When generating Pur Req between 2 plants (one APO and other non APO), we are seeing a difference of dates in ECC and APO.
How is the transportation time calcuated for the Pur Req created and what is the relation of the transportation time to planned delivery time and GR/GI time maintained in info record or material master and means of transport maintained between these two locations in APO.
Which time is used for calculating the transportation time for a Pur Req?
Thanks,
Prash
Hii Prasanth,
There are three cases:
1. If the purchase requsition created in ECC then It'll take Plant delivery time ( working days) and GR time maintained in material master in ECC.
2. If purchase requsition created and schduled in APO,
It considers GR time in destination location,+ GI time in source location+ t lane time... This time will replicate in PR, altougha diffrent PDT maintained in MM...
3.Check in CCR report diffrenece between the dates in ECC and APO due to diffrence of 1 sec, 23:59 in apo and in ecc 00:00, so thata make an impact of 1 day diffrence..
