MC-Q Report

Dear All experts,

I checked the report by using Tcode: MC-Q and VA05. Lastly, i saw that some customer is missed in MC-Q, but VA05 is showed up. I don't why it shows data like this. However, it show the correct data at other period between these reports. and some period is incorrect.

Any suggestion???

Hi.

This is strange behavior and only reason which i can think is check Customer Statistics Group assignment. For the period you are getting incorrect data there might be Customer Statistics Group changed or deleted. Now you have to update information system again. Sear the forum you will know how to update SIS for historical data.
