I1112 error in transmission - shopping cart

Hi All,

  There is a shopping cart which has 6 line items. When i check the details in BBP_PD for that shopping cart, the status is in " Error in Transmission / Item in Transfer Process" but when i double click the line item, i could see the PR number (Table: BBP_PDBEI) which is available in R/3 system. Then why the status still in " Error in Transmission / Item in Transfer Process" and when will it be changed ? Please help me

Hi Prasad,

The reason you see PR number is because PR number is generated in SRM system. If you check your configuration PR number range in SRM is defined and in ECC, SRM Number range will be defined as external (i.e. whatever SRM number generated).

There could be various issue shopping cart goes in Error in Transmission. There could be vendor issue, there could be unit of measure issue etc. As mentioned by Nikhil please check RZ20 in SRM or if you do have access to Application monitor in SRM with SRM Admin roles you could see details of error in there.
