How to delete Park Documents??

Hi Experts,

In our system there are 100's of parked documents

Now my client want to delete some old parked documents.

FBV3/FV50 Transactions available to delete but system not Showing delete option in FBV3 transaction screen.

system showing delete option in gray colour.

Could anyone give me suggestions to delete parked documents???

Hi,

   For the mass deletion of parked documents note 971193 is available.

   Please check it. It should resolve your problem.

Hi,

   If Invoice with Document Type "RE" has been parked it cannot be deleted in FBV0, it has to be deleted through MIR6

Hi,

To delete park doc you have to go by FBV0, in the screen give doc no., year, cocd then enter. after that go to document menu and choose delete parked doc. that will delete the park doc.

in your case there may be authorisation issue, when you enter in fbv0 system actually calls fv60.

follow the step i dont think there will be any authorisation issue.

Let me show you the process.

i have a parked doc no. 1900000029

then FBVO

enter

now go to document menu-delete parked doc

now i think you would be able to do it.

my client has using sap since 2003...

from that onwards we hava lot of park docs

around 900 docs

now the situation is have to delete more than 400 docs

deleting each and every doc is time taking process, additional man power required

thats way i am asking for multiple deletion..

so, iam planning to rise OSS

Hi,

It seems you doesn't have the access to delete the parked documents in FBV0

type /nsu53 and check for the authorization issue

Get the access from the Basis team and then you will be able to delete the parked documents.

Or

Go to FBL1N give the selection parameters from to vendor, Company code.

Select parked items and execute the report

select the document and click on Environment and select dispaly change

Then select the delete parked document.Parked document will get deleted.

on FBV0 screen run /NSU53

may be its an authorization issue...
