I want to create an user in Windows Active Directory; all it is correct but I want send the email with:
I can obatin the name of the user, but... how can link @xxx.com

You can use two attributes of a user to do this
1. mail
2. userPrincipalName
If you are using Microsoft Exchange for your email then better use the value of userPrincipalName and set this value to mail attribute.
