SAP HANA Merge Statistics LAST_ERROR 2484

Hello HANA friends:

In the SAP HANA Studio, Admin Console under the System Information tab page, Merge Statistics Last_Error,

I have not been able to find a description for 2484.

On page 11 of "How To Delta Merge for SAP HANA, there is a table of errors, but LAST_ERROR 2484 is not

mention.

Could someone direct to a document that has this information, I've been unable to find any?

Dear Joe,

on which HANA revision are you? - Have you already opened an oss message?

Maybe this is something that is nowhere documented and you need therefore to open an oss message.

The HANA Revision level is 37.

If I hear nothing from the community, I'll open an oss message.

We got the same last error message. Im also not aware of what it can be. This you get any clarification from SAP about what it can be?

Hi Joseph,

the current HANA administration guide (http://help.sap.com/hana_admin_en.pdf) mentions the error code on page 110:

Error 2484: Memory required to optimize table exceeds heap limit (for failed compression optimization operations (TYPE=SPARSE, SUCCESS=FALSE)).
