I just took an SAP training class.  (Virtual Live Classroom)  I chose to download the manual.  Now I have changed my mind and would rather have the hardcopy.  Can I "return" the digital copy and receive the hardcopy?

Hi Kurt,

I assume you attended the virtual live classroom training in the US? If so you should have received an email from the publisher where you can choose between a digital or a hard copy. You can respond to the email and ask the publisher to send you a hard copy instead. You don't actually need to return the soft copy.
