Hello,
I am facing issues to configure the automatic team determination and email notification functionalities within Solution Manager 7.0 ehp1.
I have followed different step by step guides, and everything looks fine, but support team is not automatically assigned and emails are not triggered to the team.
Could you please assist me on this issue?
