In SAP ME 5.2 in System Setup Maintenance

Can someone explain?

“complete.timeout” and “start.timeout” what are they and what is the difference

How the time is calculated. It should be from last touch but I am starting to think it is from last log-in or last update.

Hi,

These are timeouts for Start(PR500) and Complete(PR510) activities that are usually used in POD.

You can define POD specific session timeout in POD Maintenance.

Hi,

These are timeouts to execute SFC Start and SFC Complete actions.

Which "touch" are you talking about?
