Good day Ish.

Since 1 month ago updated the Kernel 7.01, as like your thread.

Within two paths, you need to copy Kernel files

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
SAP NETWEAVER 7.0X (java + ABAP) UNICODE x64 |
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

<drive>:\<inst.SAP>\<SID>\SYS\exe\uc ->NTAMD64           |
                                                                                               |>(SAPEXE+SAPEXEDB)
<drive>:\<inst.SAP>\<SID>\SCS01 -> exe                            |

<drive>:\<inst.SAP>\<SID>\DVEBMGS00 -> igs                   |>(igs)   *Optional

Hello Philip,

On Windows system you need to copy new kernel on both locations sometimes.

<drive>:\usr\sap\<SID>\SYS\ exe\<uc or nuc>\NT<architecture> and

<drive>:\usr\sap\<SID>\DVEBMGS<SNO>/exe

after that check it should work.

Thanks,

Venkat

That simply means that you put the new kernel in the wrong path and SAPCPE did not distribute it.

On windows the right path should be <drive>:\usr\sap\<SID>\SYS\ exe\<uc or nuc>\NT<architecture> directory
