Hi
We are working on PI 7.31 and using SOAP and RFC adapters for communication.
Integrated configuration (IC) with SOAP (sender) to RFC (receiver) works fine. But for other type of integration we would need to build a RFC to SOAP IC.
We have defined a Service interface with one operation that has RFC messages assigned to it in ESB.
And also there is a WSDL based Service Interface that should be called with SOAP.
Operation mapping to but between those two is also there - all saved, activated and CPA fully refreshed.
In Integration Directory... when a new IC is created, the sender Interface is defined, receiver Business System is assigned... but in the "Receiver Interface" tab the "Operation mapping" nor "Interface" show required mapping or interface names.
Is there a guide on how to create IC with RFC sender or some steps I might have forgotten to do when defining these objects.
Regards,
Heiko
defiently AAE works for sender RFC adater , if operation mapping now shoing up means criss check sender interface(BAPI details ) are correct or not.
if still doesnot show then copy operation mapping name and enter manually.

Seems that for RFC sender in Integraed Configuration the service Interface it self must have the same name as BAPI. And the Service Interface can contain only one operation.
That means a separate Integrated Configuration for every BAPI? Right?

Addition to the above check if the association of product/swvc to technical /business systems has been missed in SLD level..
Cross check whether the objects in ESR has been activated or not...
