Obejt Type AIC OB INCIDENT

Hello everyone

as processor of an incident message I wanted to process this message but cannot display the message. The error says the user has no authorization for displaying object type AIC OB INCIDENT

Where can I fix this problem? Where can I find this object type?

Go to PFCG role and check if your role has appriopriate transaction type for object  CRM_ORD_LP and CRM_ORD_PR

Thank you. All is correct. Strangly this user has the same INC Man roles like mine. He only is not able to jump into the message.

Hello Miriam,

Made a test assign SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW profile to this user. Once it`s done he should log in again and check the message.

Hi SAPFan

I do not believe that the customer wants to give all users a SAPALL. Have to find a different solution here 😞

As I wrote before, please make a test , besides as I wrote above check authorization object in roles which user is assigned.

You can also trace the user authorization using ST01 tcode.

Please check this authorization objects and set them as showed
