Solution Manager 7.1 SP7 Issues

Hi

Has anyone had the following problem after installing SP7 for Solution Manager 7.1. I would greatly appreciate any help in resolving this issue. After installing SP7 on 2 different Solution Manager Systems I am getting the following errors:

1. You cannot access the Managed System configuration within the Solution Manager Setup. All other configuration can be accessed and performed accept for the Managed System Configuration. This is the error I get.

Error while processing your query What has happened? The URL call http://bpcsap1.bluepencil.local:8000/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/wd_sise_main_app was terminated because of an error.

What can I do? If the termination type is RABAX_STATE, you will find more information on the cause of termination in system SM0 in transaction ST22. If the termination type is ABORT_MESSAGE_STATE, you will find more information on the cause of termination on the application server bpcsap1_SM0_00 in transaction SM21. If the termination type is ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE, you can search for further information in the trace file for the work process 3 in transaction ST11 on the application server. bpcsap1_SM0_00 . You may also need to analyze the trace files of other work processes. If you do not yet have a user ID, contact your system adminmistrator. 2. I have also noticed than there are a lot of ABAP dumps which is related to the following:

    The current ABAP program "CL_MAI_REP_INITIALIZER========CP" had to be
     terminated because it has
    come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.

    The following syntax error occurred in program
     "CL_ALRT_CFG_DELIVERY==========CP " in include
     "CL_ALRT_CFG_DELIVERY==========CM016 " in
    line 1:
    "Method "GET_CHANGES" is not declared or inherited in class "CL_ALRT_CF"

Hello Deena,

Did you try to implement notes 1736800 - Apply Delivery Fixes and Note 1753936 - Apply Delivery Fixes.

I know that notes are delivered for SP5 but give a try.

Hi SAPfan

Thank you for your response. It had to do with Note 1753936 - Apply Delivery Fixes. For some strange reason after applying the Central Note, some of the notes had become inconsistent and Note 1753936 was one of them.

After re-applying the note the problem was resolved.
