Upgrade Issue

We are in upgrade of SAP R/3 4.7  to ECC6 including EHP5.   In  Preprocessing phase RUN_RSPTBFIL_INIT facing below issue   "Table Inconsistent '<table name>'" Like this there are many errors shown in logfile RSPTBINI.ELG

Hi Saurabh,

These errors are usually caused by restarting the upgrade without
resetting via the report RSUPGRES. As a result the table DBDIFF gets
corrupted.

We provide two different solutions to solve problems in this phase

1. If the number of inconsistent tables listed by the log RSPTBINI.<(>
<<)>SID>
is less , customer could manually add these table entries in
the table DBDIFF and re-run the phase and proceed with the upgrade.
Please check if the corresponding entries are present in DBDIFF.If they
are not present, please recreate them. Also, make sure that the table
buffer of DBDIFF is updated.This can be done easily: Display DBDIFF in
SE17 (NOT SE16)

2. If the number of inconsistent tables listed by the log RSPTBINI.<(>
<<)>SID>
is large , It would be impossible and time consuming to add them into
the table DBDIFF. So u would suggest you to follow the note 417670
under the section
   "Phases UPGRADE/RUN_RSPTBFIL_INIT or EU_IMPORT1" completely

Later Delete the contents of the Upgrade directory and restart the
upgrade by using PREPARE.
