How to enable quick create in SAP ESourcing 7

Hi,

how to enable "quick create" option in SAP ESourcing 7. for end users it is showing as "This feature is not yet enabled. Please contact System Administrator"

Hi Vimal,

If you check your document types (eg Project Type) there is an option called Quick Create Enabled near the top, if you check this option then you will be able to quick create documents that use your enabled document type.

Thanks for your reply. But the feature is not enabled for the end user. As you said there is a quick create option at the top of the page, but when i click it, it shows the message

"This feature is not yet enabled. Please contact System Administrator"

Hi Vimal,

If you go to Setup > Document Setup > Projects > Project Types and then on your project type tick the box that says Quick Create Enabled. The project type will now show in the Quick Create drop down.

You need to do this for every document type you want to show in the quick create drop down.

Hi Vimal,

in addition to enabling this feature on the document types you also need to enable it within the system properties.

userinterface => quickcreate.enable needs to be set to TRUE.

This can be disabled on Tenant Level.
