Service Desk solution in Solution Manager 7.1

Dear Expert,

I am using the Sap Solution Manager 7.1 and I am using ITSM (IT service management) my configuration part is over like SLA

I want to know the authorization part what authorization given to user and what authorization give to his unit head, where i created the role and what authorization set for both, we are using web based as crm_ui

unit head view the all issue as posted by end user and his own issue also

kindly help

For authorisation assignments follow Solution Manager Security guide for your SP level. You can download

Security Guide for SAP Solution Manager 7.1 from the below link.
