500 Connection timed out in SRM 7.1

Hi all,

while testing the service in SICF we are facing ICmM timed out error.

ERROR:

500 Connection timed out

Error:	-5

Hi,

Could you please tell us how u resolved the 500 connection timed out error.

We are facing the same problem while access certain pages fro portal.

HI all,

thanks for your support, my issue has been resolved and I am able to log in NWBC service.

Now I am facing new error.

after login into NWBC service when I press SHOP tab it showing below error.

What has happened?

The URL call --http://sapserver.thesummitgroup.net:8002/sap/bc/we bdynpro/sapsrm/wda_l_fpm_ovp was terminated because of an error.

What can I do?

• If the termination type is RABAX_STATE, you will find more information on the cause of termination in system SRD in transaction ST22.

• If the termination type is ABORT_MESSAGE_STATE, you will find more information on the cause of termination on the application server sapserver_SRD_02 in transaction SM21.

• If the termination type is ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE, you can search for further information in the trace file for the work process 9 in transaction ST11 on the application server. sapserver_SRD_02. You may also need to analyze the trace files of other work processes.

• If you do not yet have a user ID, contact your system adminmistrator.
