Transport Management Tools Comparison

Dear All,

We are currently trying to identify a transport management tool for a greenfield project. We are implementing systems including ECC 6.0 EHP6, Netweaver Portal 7.3 EHP1, SRM 7.0, Complete BI Suite (BW 7.3, BO 4.0, EPM 10) .

We are planning a 4-tier landscape after go-live and many other environments set up for trial conversion, assembly test, performance test, training etc.

Currently we are considering ChaRM with CTS+. But, I understand it has got its limitations including no manual sequencing(?), limited dependency check especially for BI/BW objects etc.

So, which are the other available tools in the market? and what are their feature and drawbacks with respect to the scenario mentioned above?

Any input is greatly appreciated. Also, I am new to technical infrastructure area.

The right tool depends on your exact specific requirements. Most of the tools described support multiple systems per landscape .
