How to show the table that record Internal Order for each Sales Order Line?

Dear Experts,

I'm using Internal Order to manage the Promotion Name.

When create Sales Order, for each Sales Order Line, I must be choose Internal Order with Path such as:

• Path: VA01 > Display Item Details > Account Assignment > Profit Segment > choose Internal Order.

However, I don't know the table that records the Internal Order for each Sales Order Line.

Please help me show the table that records the Internal Order for each Sales Order LIne

VBAP-PAOBJNR will link to CE4OCAP_ACCT-PAOBJNR

This is profitability segment information for each sales order item.

I am not sure if you should go to Profit segment to enter internal order.

For my company, we are using below:

Item Details > Account Assignment > Order

This is found in field VBAP-AUFNR

When invoice is posted, profit segment will auto fill in order field.

when go to profit segment field here sows all relevant data

this all relevant data , here order it means it is controlling order ( CO) , check the KO01, KO02,KO03, here you will create the internal order ,  this order can enter at sale order level ,

this inter orders feted at  AUFK   table , but sale order  profit segment details  feat not  a stranded table or structure  , its create at company depending table or structure , once at order field level click on F1 after click on technical details , here you find the table or structure name

first find this then you got idea

Hi Tran ,

You can get it from COBRA table. But it is not a direct one. Pass sales order no and line item along with prefix VB in the field "Object Number".

VBSSSSSSSSSSLLLLLL where SSSSSSSSSS - Sales Order Number and LLLLLL - Line item. you have to pass the complete 6 digit.

Fetch the Sort Field. it gives the Internal Order number. But it will have prefix OR.

Please check.

Thanks for your support but this don't solve yet.

I think you are not clearly my issue.

Currently, I choose the Internal Order for each sales order line by the below path successfully.

Path: VA01 > Display Item Details > Account Assignment > Profit Segment > choose Internal Order.

P/s: I choose the Internal Order by click button Profit Segment.

However, I want to query the Internal Order that has been records for each sales order line but I don't know table that records.

Please help me check this issue

try to find out your internal order in the standard table AUFK

your order number is AUFK-AUFNR

or

in table VBAP (where vbeln is your order number and posnr is your item number) there is a field AUFNR which is your Order number

Table AUFK record Internal Order separately that don't record Sales Order Number - vbeln  and Sales Order Line - posnr.

Table VBAP don't record the Internal Order that I entry by click Profit.Segment (button} --> choose Order (popup Assignment to a Profitability Segment)

Please help me check this issue

i still don't understand what are you trying to achieve ?

run VA03 for your sales order, go to the item and look at value in "Order" field (Acc. assignment tab).

is it still blank ? then VBAP-AUFNR is blank

if the "Order" field has a value then VBAP-AUFNR field is NOT blank.
