Files in SPM UI under "Data Received" have disappeared

Dear Experts,

    

Until yesterday morning, with regards to SPM loading data. I
was able to extract files to the import folder and those files (12 of them)
appeared in SPM UI (data management tab- workload bench—data received tab)
Under this tab I was also able to view the data source entries which are on
OPM_SOURCES table. On Monday morning nothing was visible under the “Data
Received tab” all the flat files from the Import folder and the data sources
entries were no longer there.

    

I tested and extracted 1 flat file to see if they were
reaching the import folder and they were but the file was not appearing in SPM
UI (data received tab).

I then proceeded and refreshed the bw conection and at that
moment the flat file which I extracted to test earlier appeared under the “data
received” tab. But, the other 12 files which are in the import folder do not
appear and the data sources also are still not appearing. So now in summary
only 1 flat file which is in the import folder is now visible

    

I have checked the OPM_SOURCES table which contains the
entries for the data sources and all the entries are there(table showing
active) but they are not appearing on SPM UI. Previously every entry made on
this table automatically appeared under the “data received” tab in SPM UI

 

I have also checked the OPMDM_SYSTEM table to verify that
the Source system that I had created on SPM Global Settings are active and they
are.

Hi Omar,

This happens when there is change in the Data management role assigned to you. Please check if the role is available and the source system connection is defined properly and is visibile in the Data management tabs. Based on the information provided by you it seems that the source system is not connected to data management.

Thank you for your response. I double checked my role and I confirmed that I do have all the administrative rights. Systems are also connected and confirmed that they are also assigned in opmdm_system table. I also know they are connected as I am able to load data through flat files but not through data sources as they do not appear.

It seems that there is no connectivity beween the opm_sources table and the portal. I also checked and confirmed that OPM_sources table is active.
