credit management credit limit problem

hi gurus,

i am having a query my company is using credit management but in t code (fd32) they are not maintaining credit limit of customer they are putting 1 in fd32 in credit limit field, when i check in ob45 t code there also credit limit is blank, plz suggest where they have the credit limit for customer.

Is FSCM implemented into company for credit management?

If that is the case, try TCode UKM_BP.

There you can check credit limit in Credit Limit & Control Tab of Credit Segment Data.

fscm is not implemented in our company  ukm_bp is not working, plz suggest some more solution

In that case, check whether in automatic credit check(OVA8), whether there is any value maintain in Max.doc.value in check section.

yes in ova8 value of 9,999,999.00 is maintained in max doc value column

So this means any sales order value more than 9,999,999.00, will go for credit block.
