Delete Parked Document with WBS Elements

Dear Gurus,    

I am trying to delete a parked Journal document which already has network and activity in it.

I can see the project has status TECO in CJ20N.

FBV0 does not allow me to delete the document even if I change the network and activiy in the document, it keeps throwing me an error : BP602 budget exceeded for year 2013.

please guide.

with teco & OB status you can not delete any project master data object.

if you change account assignment then solve error by the root cause only as you need to supplement budget for the same.

Error will not generate if you use network/activity belong to same wbs

Where would I change Account assignment?

suppose doc is under nwA1 with activity A11 under wbs A1 and same have more activities (B11, C11) if you change as B11 activity as a/c assignment budget error will not come. because budget functionality happens at wbs level

If you change a/c assignment other then A1 as B1 wbs with B1 NW and activities (A111,B111,C111) then Error will generate then you need to increase budget accordingly error.

FV70  execute t-code then Tree ON->parked documents-> select the document and delete.

Hi Sanjeev,

thanks for the update, however i do know how to delete the parked document, but i am not sure how to get rid of the WBS elements, even after changing the WBS Elements and activities from the document, i get this error.

Is there anything else I need to do before I am able to do this?
