vkoa provision account

hi,

1 may i know under what situation i need to maintain GL account in provision account column in VKOA.

is it only applicable to rebate? other other case that can use?

2 how is the effect during financial posting?

say the sales is $1000 and the provision amount is $100.

the entries correct?

dr debtor $1000

dr provision $100

cr sales $1100

3 when and how i can clear this provision?

4 provision account can be PL and BS?

a)  yes it applicable to rebate , fright condition also ,

a) as you point is right

here at g/l account 45330401 it provision account for fright charges ,

4)provision account can be PL and BS?

a)  it is PL  account

account group is cost / expensive account

Hi

Other suggestion where you can use it. In any kind of expense that you can obtain with statistical conditions (eg: sales agent expenses, royalties, ..)
