Spool not getting created in RF

Dear Experts,

We have implemented SAP RF for our warehouse operations. We have a z program for printing mrp stickers. When I access SAP from login pad using a desk top PC and call this program, the spool is getting created and can be seen in SP01, but when I access SAP from HHT and use the same program spool is not getting created. I am using same SAP login ID in both the situations.

Pl guide me on this.

Dear Pranab ,

Did you check RF transaction from GUI , did it print the label. Please confirm .

kindly provide relevant screen shots for faster analysis and prompt resolution.

I did from GUI through RF transactions, even though spool is not getting created.

I will add the screen shots shortly, pl help.

Dear Pranab ,

Please check whether the custom program is calling the print routine and spool generation program independently and through LM** mobile transaction.
