ITS_UNDEFINED_NAT_FUNCTION error in st22

We had updated our kernel recently in SRM system.When i am trying to shop using wizard and tring to select a list of values i am getting the above dump. It says the following error too

Parameters:

P1 "iac/dm/searchhelp.html"

P2 "d_makeButton"

P3 "d_makeButton"

Can somebody help so that we could resolve this error at the earliest

Have you seen the note 1774656 ITS: ITS_UNDEFINED_NAT_FUNCTION d_makeButton

If this note does not apply - can you list the SRM service, your BASIS,SRM and Kernel details.
