SXMB_IFR - Not able to open PI Tools

Hi Experts,

PI tools are not able to open using SXMB_IFR t-code. But i am able to access / login to PI using SAP GUI. Server is up and running.

i found a suggestion in blogs to resolve this issue, "JAVA services should be started @ OS level".

Please let me know how to start JAVA services @ OS level or let me know the procedure to solve this issue.

Hi Baskar,,

Make sure that Java is up and running fine.

If so, as said by Raj maintain the host entry and install Java on your system.

If the issue still persists, then you need to restart the Java instance. If really required, then ask your basis team to restart.

Thanks Guys, finally we re-started the server. it worked fine for few hours, now again facing the same issue.

Java is up and running and it was working earlier,

while opening SXMB_IFR , we are getting "Connection Refused".

All Interface transactions are stopped due to this issue.

Kindly help me on this.
