Action is not coming up when I try to create a function

Hey guys,

I have an issue here, Im trying to create a function but when I click on the button to get my actions (transactions) nothing appears.

I executed this report: GRAC_PFCG_AUTHORIZATION_SYNC but nothing happens.

Can anybody help me?

Eliane:

You also need to complete the GRC Repository Syncs before the list will be populated.

I executed all reports to SYNC:

GRAC_ACTION_USAGE_SYNC

GRAC_IDMROLE_SYNC

GRAC_LEGACY_OBJECT_AUTH_SYNC

GRAC_PFCG_AUTHORIZATION_SYNC

GRAC_REPOSITORY_OBJECT_SYNC

GRAC_ROLEREP_PROFILE_SYNC

GRAC_ROLEREP_ROLE_SYNC

GRAC_ROLEREP_USER_SYNC

GRAC_ROLE_USAGE_SYNC

GRAC_SPM_LOG_SYNC

GRAC_SPM_WORKFLOW_SYNC

But it doesnt work yet.

Do I need to execute others reports?

The two that are needed are:

GRAC_PFCG_AUTHORIZATION_SYNC

GRAC_REPOSITORY_OBJECT_SYNC

Can you look and see if you have entries in GRACACTION and GRACACTIONT tables?

These should be the tables that populate that list.

Hi Kevin,

So, in GRACACTION table I have: 84,646 and GRACACTIONT table I have: 152.000

But I did it over and I have no result when I will create a new function. It does not happen on target 110 (testing) just on 100 (customizing) both are development system.

What else can I do?
