MDM and Autosys

since Autosys is used for job scheduling...Pls suggest that is it using MDM clix file to process a job or is it something else.

I beleive you are right Amol,

Autosys is a schduling tool and requires a host script to run in host application/system.

So as a appropriate time and setting defined, it can run this host file.

I beleive java script along with Unix should work with Autosys.

I am aware of CLIX.

Unfortunately doesnt know what Autosys does so my guess is that it will call a CLIX file for schduling a job. It seems you also have no idea on Autosys

Hi Amol,

Yes you are right I have not worked on the tool.All I know about it is that we can define,schedule and monitor jobs using autosys based on time,event or alert.

May be you can post this in other basis related forum to get more fruitful results/comments.
