Accessing e-Sourcing 7.0 through Safari browser

We recently upgraded to SAP Sourcing/CLM 7.0. After the upgrade, the users are not able to access the system through Safari/Firefox browsers. I understand that these browsers are officially supported in Version 9.0. But are there any workarounds available to allow the users to still access through these browsers in Version 7.0.

Hi Pradeep,

As far as I know CLM 7.0 only supports IE 8.0 as internet browser. You may consider to upgrade to version of 9.0.

Hi Pradeep,

I checked back with SAP Sourcing Product Management, and we officially support Firefox, Chrome and Safari (on Mac) with SAP Sourcing/CLM 9.0 / Wave 9.

When logging into SAP Sourcing 7.0 with an unsupported browser, you will be notified that it is not supported; it might work, but Support will not be able to troubleshoot any UI issues if they come up.

If using the other browsers is a showstopper issue, i would recommend upgrading as well.
