Hello Madan!

Isn`t possible to use the EWS (Exchange Web Service) for this? You have the SOAP descriptors for the webservices. Check the webpage below:

You can use ical converter to convert the calendar appt to the desired format and send as an attachment in the receiver mail adapter.  You might want to check this link

You can find the description of iCal document on Wikipedia for example. Create the file according the structure and sent it as an attachment to a mail recipient.
