Hello,
Our business process requires partial delivery and Proof of Delivery.
Unfortunately, if there is a difference of qty at POD step, the delivered qty in the schedule line through VA02 and VA03 doesn't take it into account.
So, It's impossible to handle partial deliveries without knowing the true remaining qty.
How SAP can manage that kind of process?

POD does not affect the delivered qty in the schedule line, only the delivery document does.
POD means the goods already arrived to customer's place and customer confirm the quantity.
If it is different than the PGI quantity, it means goods are stole/spoiled/expired etc..
You have to either reverse the missed goods or scrap these goods to charge forwarder/your own company.
