SD Query on document flow

Hi,

I would create a query (trx SQ01) with the following fields:

VBAK-KUNNR

VBAK-VBELN

VBAK-BSTNK

VBAK-ERDAT

I would also include some data visible in the document flow and related to outbound delivery document date, material document date (of goods issue)

In what table I can find these two last infomation ?

dear,

your question is basic - please Search before to ask.

the outbound delivery tables: LIKP (LIPS for item)

LIKP-ERDAT is the deliv. document date

to get the mat.document date you need the tables MKPF (MSEG for item)

MKPF-BLDAT is the mat.doc. date

to go to MKPF you need to use the table VBFA

use the standard exisiting reports like VA05, SDO1, V.26,...

is there any standard report which adds further info related to outbound delivery and material document of goods issue ?

I verified VA05 and SDO1 but don't include these last info.

SQ01 won't work with too many tables

Execute MB51 which will show the required details.

Any standard SD reports will show only delivery reference but since your requirement is to have material document reference also, you need to consider table MSEG to develop a query or report RM07DOCS
