Issue on Upload live cache transaction data

Hi

We are going from SCM 4.0 to SCM 7.0 the live cache is on 7.4.3 b 41 and we are taking to 7.6.3.8  we are using -

/SAPAPO/OM_LC_DOWNLOAD_UPLOAD for 7

We did change our SID from APO to SP1 and the same we change the LC name from the original

on the screen
Upload live cache transaction data

we get

"No Download data Found"

can you help us to determine why it might now be working....thanks

Hello,

1. Please review SAP Note No. 1292734, the upgrade started from SCM 4.1 to SCM 7.0 supported.

   You could upgrade SCM 4.0 to SCM 5.1, for example, then to SCM 7.0

2. Please read SAP Note No. 632357 with attention to the section:

"                            !!! CAUTION

The program /SAPAPO/OM_LC_DOWNLOAD_UPLOAD may only be used if the SCM

release (for example, SCM 4.0) remains unchanged. If you intend to

implement yet another major release upgrade (for example, SCM 4.0 to SCM

5.0) at the same time as switching to another operating system or

converting to Unicode, then you must not use the

/SAPAPO/OM_LC_DOWNLOAD_UPLOAD program.

Instead, use the relevant upgrade program in accordance with the upgrade

guide (for example, use the /SAPAPO/OM_LC_UPGRADE_50 program for the

upgrade to SCM 5.0). ..."

3. You could create the SAP message and get SAP support on your upgrade project procedure-plan.
