Populate field value based on F4 help in Table Extension

Hi All

I have added table extension at header level through SPRO (SRM 7) and all is fine. In this table extension, i have 2 fields, BP Number- which is an input field (based on F4 help user will select the BP number) and other field Name (first and last name). This field Name needs to be populated based on the value selected in BP Number (through F4).

Trying to use BAdI- WD_DOMODIFYVIEW but not able to read and set the value of the corresponding fields (as these are dynamically generated and not available in context node). Any inputs are really appreciable.

Hi Vinoth,

Try with the badi BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI.
You have the parameter  ET_HCF where you can change the data of your table extensions...

I am using class- /SAPSRM/CL_CH_WD_DODM_CT in BAdI and able to get and set the values.
