Hi,
The simplest way is create a shared distribution list in SO23
Then in the above screen select the recipient type as "Shared Distribution list" and give the name of the shared DL.
Thanks,
Jagadish.

Hey,
I've been working on this issue most of the afternoon and finally got it working for a customer.
What we needed to do was to send email to all members of a support team, which I guess is the same you're trying to do.
Proc. Type Settings used.
Note that we used "Schedule Automatically" instead of "Display in Toolbox". "Display in Toolbox" meant that we could only trigger this action manually via the "Action" drop-down in the incident.

Magnus
Hello,
Chose CRM_ORDER application on SPPFCADM transaction, open the action profile AI_SDK_STANDARD and coy definition AI_SDK_AUTO_RESPONSE to Z_AI_SDK_AUTO_RESPONSE.
On your "Z" action profile you have to implement method AI_SDK_SEND_MESSAGE to allow you to add some piece of customer code to send as many mails as you need.
Regards,
Luis
