hi amol,
please follow the below steps.
1. Start transaction code SICK or SM28 to analyze the error.
2. Go to RZ10 and check the rdisp/wp_no_enq is at least 1.
3. Restart the system.
4. If error still occurred, apply new kernel upgrade and restart the system.
If there is exist different server model in your environmnet
put the following entry in BOOT.INI
/usepmtimer
"CPU timers not synchronized. Check note 1036194.".

Hello Amol,
If you keep your DEV on 32 bit and PROD on 64bit then there will be some dump related to memory because memory management is different for both 32bit and 64bit OS.
Transporting wont be a problem between 32 and 64 bit systems but having
them at different SAP component level as you are planning is not at all
recommended as you will definitely face inconsistencies.
So, if you are updating any one of the system in landscape then please
do it for ALL the systems in landscape (dev, qas, prd).
