Portal roles are not getting synchronized with GRC AC 10.0 system after performing Repository Object Synch

Dear Experts,

Our SAP AC 10.0 and GRCPIEP are on SP08. Portal is on NW 7.01 SP09. After running repository object synch only roles and groups from UME database are synchronized. Job ended successfully there are no error or warnings in SLG1.

List of notes that were already implemented on our system:

Hello Miha,

I hope you have done all the EP connector configuration as per the note attachment AC10EPConfiguration.pdf... here are few things you can check:

1. make sure the logical port (LPCONFIG) is activated.

2. you have done the field and parameter mapping under "maintain mapping for Actions and Connector groups"

3. I faced similar issue initially and observed that if you upgrade your GRCPIEP to SP9 that can resolve the issue.

Thank you for quick reply.

I went through AC10EPConfiguration document once more. Only difference is under Assign group parameter mapping. Since we are having LDAP as user data source we are having USER.CORP_LDAP. under USER_DATA_SOURCE.

As I said before upgrade to SP09 is not an option for us at the moment.
