PDF output

We are trying to implement the PDF forms for our outputs. After the layout has been created thru SFP, when we try to activate the form, we get an error. I believe this error is because the ADS is not configured.

What are the pre-requisites for implementing PDF forms(output) in SAP. We are on ECC 5.0, 64 bit linux.

Is ADS on Linux only supported on 7.0 environment?

Any insights would be really appreciated.
