Standard settings of SM 7.1 send smartform email in a look:
From: BP email
To: BP email
email subject: 1000000295 : incident description.
What settings are necessary for making:
1. "From email" always was SUPPORT@MYCOMPANY.COM when sending smartforms.
2. To change email subject:
email subject: 1000000295 : Change status.

I already have the default as below but the emails do not go out with these addresses.
Emails are currently being sent out by whoever saves the incident.
