change subject and sender of email smartform in SM 7.1

Hello experts!

Standard settings of SM 7.1 send smartform email in a look:

From: BP email

To: BP email

email subject: 1000000295 :  incident description.

What settings are necessary for making:

1. "From email" always was SUPPORT@MYCOMPANY.COM when sending smartforms.

2. To change email subject:

email subject: 1000000295 : Change status.

Hi

I already have the default as below but the emails do not go out with these addresses.

Emails are currently being sent out by whoever saves the incident.

LOYDummySender@EMail.ID
LOY_MSH_MAILDummySender@EMail.ID
WEC_UMUserManagementAdministrator@sap.com

I need similar setting. Please advise.

Tried note 788626 - PPF: adjusting the Smart Form documents, didt work.

May be need a step by step guide to do this.
