Dear All,
We extend the factory calender for 20 YR's after after changing the factory calender there was a problem with Maintenance Plans those are not generating calls automatically and remains in " Schedule save to call" status only.
Is there any changes to be made for the maintenance plan once the factory calender is extended.

Bhanu Pradeep.
Check maintenance strategy if you are using factory calendar.

I feel, nothing is required. But what is the scheduling period has been given in maintenance plan??
Whether this is time based or performance based plan??
What about before changing the factory calander?? Is it called automatically??
Have you selected Release Immediately in order configuration??

Greetings Pradeep,
Yes, you need to run either IP10 (for each plan) or IP30 (batch scheduling) to generate the Orders.
Alternatively, you can set up a Batch job for IP30 (report RISTRA20)

IP30 can be used to generate PM orders for bulk maintenance plans. Also we can make it automatic. Apart from these known features, there is no thumb rule that we have to run IP30 everytime.
Please answer my other queries as well which I asked in last post.
1. What was scheduling period you maintained before changing the factory calendar??
2. Before was it generating orders automatically??
3. Time based or Performance based plan??
