WDA ESS Navigation to Salary Statement

I would like to create a shortcut in the SAP Portal which navigates directly to a WebDynpro ABAP ESS Salary Statement. For example, instead of asking the user to perform three clicks on Employee Self Service---> Benefits and Payment--->Salary Statement, I want to take them directly to their Salary Statement with a single click. What is the best way to address the /sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/HRESS_A_PAYSLIP application directly from a Portal URL or iView?

Hi Jim,

You should be able to do it through navigation targets eg. this example:

http://myportal.wdf.sap.com:8100/irj/index.htm?NavigationTarget=ROLES%3A//portal_content/MyRole/MyRole/MyTest/MyIView
