Dear Gurus...
My company is a sub-con for a bigger SAP consultant that have role to prepare a SAP Netweaver server for pre-sales demo... Most projects is SAP BPC which they have variant from BPC 7.5 NW to BPC 10.01 NW that running on Netweaver 7.30 or Netweaver 7.31 (7.30 EHP1)... In some case, we need to build server in other platforms such Linux, AIX or Windows depends on our prospect's request...
The question is:
1. When we build a new SAPSID and need HARDWARE MAINTENANCE KEY to install SP or other components, will SAP PRINCIPAL charge us for that request even we have set that the target SAPSID is for pre-sales demo purpose...?
2. Since our S-USER is able to create any HARDWARE MAINTENANCE KEYs we never had any email or announcement sent by the principal about any charge or pricing or something like that...
3. Is there any SAP NOTES that talk about the conditions applied to this case...?
