Status field is not always updated in CN47N

Hi everybody,

I am wondering that in CN47N the field status is not always updated correctly. This field STATXT (data element STATUSTEXT_2) is a combination of system status and user status.

In some cases the user status is in CN47N not updated. If I do in those cases a refresh in CN47N or leave the transaction and re-start it again, the user status gets not updated. If I would save the project - e.g. in CJ20N - again, the user status in CN47N would be updated. But this is of course no solution as users never could be sure if the status in CN47N is correct or not.

I didn’t found a OSS-note. Do you guys think this is a bug on SAP-side or do we need to check s.th. regarding the PS Infosystem?

Are you trying to change in CJ20N and immediately check in CN47N? Updated status would be shown in CN47N only after it is saved.

I would suggest you to raise an OSS.
