Excise balance reversal

Hi

I have uploaded the inital stock through 561 mvt type.

Updated rg23a part1 register through J1I5.

Part 2 is updated in J_2IACCBAL table.

Now i want reverse the initial stock uploaded with excise.

How to reverse the above inital stock upload?

Try with IPD.

You can do in migo the reversal for the mvt type 561 by using 562, with capture and post excise invoce. Otherwise use capture exise invoce in MIGO for reversal. If you dont see any option for excise capture or post they try this in J1I5 with classification IIM/IPD/IWD (I am not infront of system so cant give you exact classification)

Two things.

1. Why you want to reverse. Even though you reverse the entry from registers, number range will be consumed.

2. You can reverse it by 562, then update the registers using J1I5.

Suppose if initial stock upload is incorrect.In that case want to reverse.

Which classification should be used to reverse the entry in J1I5.

Please elaborate what field should i enter in J1I5 to reverse part1entry.

How to reverse part 2 entry?

Use the reversal Movement type 562 for Reversal of Initial uploaded Entry.
