Can STO free charge item billing?

Hi all.

When create a STO have two item(A and B), A has price and B hasn't price. when create DN and PGI, then create bill. but B can't create bill and A is OK.

is STO std process can't create billing when sto hasn't price?

Hi James ,

Yes. It is a standard process that when there is no price, billing will not get generated for that particular line item.

May i know why the line item with zero price should appear in the Billing? Is it a business requirement?

   our custmoer have this flow with zero price create bill. when create a STO has many items. and some item is zero price. but user want to know the bill.

You can try below;

1) check the box free item in the STO purchase order

2) If the above does not help, then just add the price in STO -purchase order like $0.01 per 100 each and then try.

   1), the STO selection free box, so the price is 0.

   2), STO selection free box, then can't add price. and customer  require is item price is 0.

When you try option 2, then uncheck the free box, then that will allow to add price like $.01 per 100 .When you create billing this will be almost like zero.

   thank your replay, but user require is not allow  it. and 0.01 per 100 is not allow as SAP.
