now I get it - so like best practice document - all of the big companies I worked for had one (I was involved in creating them many times) but they are I'd say company specific :
- as they involve naming convention which can be different
- as they must work for customers PI version (ans best practices change with PI releases)
you can find on SDN form best practice "general documents" but in most cases they are too general so it's better to sit with a PI guy and prepare a company specific one,
many of those go-life prep things can also be automated (like naming convention checks, searching for particular types of objects, etc.)
