Dear Experts
We are using the SRM 7.0 and SAP Portal 7.3.
In that we are using the /SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPPROVALSEND for sending the mail to approvers during the shopping cart creation.
During the first time when we maintain the mail id in SU01 and BP transaction the system sends the shopping cart mail to the correct approver address as per the details maintained in SU01 and BP.
Recently we have changed the email id in SU01 and BP transaction for the same approver. But the system sends the email to the old address.
Please let me us know, do we need to clear any buffer in this regarding?

Hello Hariprasath,
check if:
- BAdI BBP_OFFLINE_APP_BADI si implemented for method RECIPIENTS_GET,
- check email address in exporting structure addr3_complete_bapi from ADDR_GET_COMPLETE_ALL_TYPES function module is equal to the one you maintained for Business Partner Relationship. This FM is called by get_workplace_address( ) method:
