Downloading projects from one SAP system and upload on another SAP System

Hi,

I am trying to setup the system to copy open projects from one SAP system to another SAP system.

I understand we can download the project using transaction CJAL, and i am able to do this but i am able to copy only the WBS data, any pointers oin how to also download the NWP/Activity details will be helpfull??
