Quality Notification: Notification close when task in "TSRL".

Hi all,

I have a situation here where someone is able to complete and close the Quality Notification (NOCO, NOTI and ATCO) even when 1 of the task in the items tab is in the status "TSRL".

May I know why is it possible?

Usually a Quality Notification can only be closed when all tasks are in "TSCO" status.

Is there any way or method where one can by-pass it?

i think it is not possible to close the notification before ALL the task is completed. whether it is occured for one particular notification or type or all the notification.;

if all the notification then some one has changed the system status control in BS22 for outstanding task
