GRC PC Issue: Getting the error messages below when she is attempting to assign remediation plan owners

I have a user who is getting the error messages below when she is attempting to assign remediation plan owners.  It appears the remediation plans are being forwarded correctly, however, the error still shows after hitting the submit button.  I believe the error message appeared two out of three times when submitting.but was hoping anybody could help figure out the issue.

I got reply from SAP team ,they said that  to apply SAP Note 1637135 - Dump on submitting remediation plan for manual test to resolve this issue..

We are planning to do this..

Have you run transaction ST22 as the error message suggests?  That may give you additional detail on the source of the error.
